I believe I have mentioned that having a creative person on staff, team, and committees is good for getting things done?
One reason is they have to constantly parse out and examine self judgement, criticism, deadlines, and working outcomes within their own work.
For this, I actually crowdsourced opinion on my Facebook. All my followers own a piece of this outcome.
So...what I did was take the two ideas, dry brush a Nova an opaque cadmium yellow and restore the black swirl to match ocean and flamenco dress ruffles.
