How It Started (Version 1.0)

I have a few stories on "How I Started" painting about 2 decades ago.

This boat rescued from a salvage yard is one version.

It is the first "sign" I ever painted. I painted it by hand with the only tiny paintbrush I had. One hand on the side as I stood and sat in a dinghy I moved with the other hand.

People of the shore around Cortez and Bradenton Beach when to sleep and woke up to a rainbow colored boat that ended up in quite a few photos and vacations. The reflection on the water was amazing.

It definitely wasn't the yacht-way, but it was my way...
